100 Club x Fred Perry

Fred Perry have just announced their forthcoming partnership with the UK’s longest standing independent live music venue, London’s 100 Club. Reflecting the brand’s unique place within various musical scenes and sub-cultures over the past 60 years the 100 Club shares a very similar heritage and was the venue for the first ever Fred Perry gig over a decade ago. That first show played host to an intimate set from Paul Weller and was followed by other memorable gigs from the likes off the Specials, Graham Coxon and Amy Winehouse. In a climate where many other independent and culturally important live music venues have had to close down recently it’s encouraging to know that the 100 club will be celebrating their 75th anniversary this year. Fred Perry will be adding to the festivities by announcing a number of live performances over the year from both iconic British musicians as well as exciting new up and comers. The first gig will kick off next month on the 18th of April with live performances from local London lads Cosmo Pyke and Bakar with a DJ set from Throwing Shade. Keep your eyes peeled on the Fred Perry site for more info and news of more performances throughout the year.
