I honestly don’t think there’s anything adidas can do that won’t make me giddy. Even those Kermit the Frog Stan Smith were alright. But in a year that’s already seen us celebrate its fiftieth birthday, the release of the perfect pair, plus one thousand other things you can say about the Gazelle, size? and adidas Originals now give us the next instalment of their Gazelle GTX City Series.
After last month’s Amsterdam release, this month sees the release of the Milan. With a navy and gold colourway, the ‘Milan’ are the flashiest yet. Also featuring adidas’ upgraded interior and that Gore-Tex membrane that you get on coats and stuff, you needn’t worry about getting your socks damp.
As ever, each pair in the series has a characteristic of its own that’s represented by a specific colourway. These colours have made their way onto a variety of different shoes since the 80’s, and this brings us up to date with this current project.
The adidas Originals Gazelle GTX Cities ‘Milan’ will release online and in all size? stores on Friday 17th February, priced at £95. Bless up.
