How amazing is this? Starting this week New York’s Museum of Modern Art have presented 111 different garments that have made a lasting impression on the world of fashion in an exhibtition titled ‘Is Fashion Modern?’. Given it’s popularity with Picasso and various pop stars it’s no surprise to see the classic Breton striped shirt right up there amongst the greats. In celebration of this Armor Lux have created a very special Breton shirt exclusively for MoMA that’s available exclusively in the MoMA Design Stores and online on store.moma.org. This momentous piece is limited to only 400 shirts, all of which have been made in their mills in Quimper in Brittany. C’est MoMA-gnifique non?!
