I first came across this new brand Traditional Weatherwear earlier on this year whilst in the balmy environs of a Florentine fort and instantly fell for its modernist, understated charms. From the design to the price point they’ve got this collection absolutely spot on with the outerwear in this particular collection residing somewhere between Mt. Rainier Designs and Nanamica despite it coming from up in Cumbernauld. Those canny Scots sure know the script when it comes to looking good in appalling weather don’t they? In fact I bet Cumbernauld is like Manchester but with easier access to macaroni cheese pies around the clock.
