Let’s go back, way back – back into time…
Ok calm down, a couple of years then. It’s been too long since Steve Lee put some records together for us and you know what, we believe it’s well overdue.
As with all the DJ’s we ask we give them an open floor to what selection they choose; style and tempo – Steve wanted to put something together that gives an idea to what he plays at some of the larger venues, in London, in the dark.
One thing he wouldn’t commit to was a title for the mix, but after explaining how he recorded it through his desk and then dumped to tape and back, giving it extra compression and a ‘natural flutter’.
