OK here’s the deal, Norse Projects have hooked up with fellow leading European textile designer Kvadrat. They’ve provided them with the Tundra & Tonica fabrics for their tastefully Nordic Stoflighed project, a curious word expressing the mix of ‘materiality’ and texture that’s key to Danish architectural and design tradition. As well as applying these fabrics to some classic Poul Kjærholm furniture they’ve also applied it to a pair of Vans Eras and Chukkas in three different colours to stunning effect.
