Over the course of this year Palladium are commemorating their 70th year of creating iconic French footwear starting with the release of two very special versions of their legendary Pampa Hi boot. First up is the 70th Anniversary Boot which comes in black or white options and features a running text of 70 cities that Palladium has explored since their inception, featured on both the tongue and laces. Whereas the L’Originale boots reference Palladium’s roots by revisiting the original version that was first worn by the French Foreign Legion back in 1947. With an additional nod to Palladium’s military background the Originale features a new paradrop insole, a super thick PU footbed inspired for the Legion’s need for a soft landing when parachuting. As well as canvas there’s also a version available in Palladium’s own ballistic nylon fabrication named the Pampa Hi Originale TX.
