Patagonia’s ‘Worn Wear Tour’ has finally arrived in the UK where they’re about to embark on the worthwile mission of urging customers to make their clothing last a lifetime regardless of brand. Patagonia will be setting up temporary repair shops around the UK where you can get knackered zips, ripped knees, torn cuffs, missing buttons and all other clothing related damage repaired for FREE. Thereby reducing the need to buy more clothes and thus reducing CO2 emissions, water usage and lots of un-necessary waste. Though to be honest this could backfire in my case as mentally I’m already calculating if the amount of money I’ll save get my jeans patched for free will amount to a new Torrentshell jacket. I need help don’t I?
