Yamabahari ‘Cardinalis’ Blanket

DSCF9007

With impeccable timing Bulgarian company Yamabahari (yama means mountain in Japanese andbahari translates to sea in Swahili) have just launched their first ever wool blanket, made from the highest quality New Zealand wool and featuring an inspired graphic detail. Created by artist  Veliko Marinchevski the images on the blanket relate to a visit to Western Tokyo and the daily appearance of beautiful Miyama Karasuageha butterflies he witnessed alongside the appearance of an equally elegant local girl. Bigger in size (130 x 190cm with fringes) than most other wool blankets, the Cardinalis takes it’s name just like all of yamabahari’s products after a bird and is the ideal way to stay cosy and classy this winter.
