The amount the Northeast hailing retailer has achieved in these last couple of decades is nothing short of astonishing, and we’d like to personally congratulate them on all the successes they’ve had. Nice one, lads.
As you’d imagine, they’re not just going to let such a momentous occasion slip through the cracks; they’re celebrating it in style, or perhaps we should say, celebrating it in Sportstyle – courtesy of a collaboration with Salomon.
The one thing with END. collaborations is that they certainly know how to pick a silhouette, and this partnership sees them put their spin on the cult classic, Salomon XT-6.
First released back in 2013, the XT-6 has become synonymous with endurance, style, and performance. Basically, everything you want to be synonymous with. Designed originally to take on ultra-long-distance runs, it’s only fitting that this silhouette takes centre stage for END.’s milestone.
The ‘Emerald’ colourway takes the ruggedness of the trail-ready silhouette and combines it with elegant detailing, the mesh and TPU uppers have been dressed in a platinum silver, while emerald green bursts through in just the right areas – the outsole, tongue, and eye stays all get a healthy dose of the rich hue. A custom co-branded insole features a unique emerald texture and subtle END. branding makes an appearance on the woven tongue patch.
For the campaign imagery, END. has chosen to host its birthday party at Giant’s Causeway, with the grand landscapes of rolling green hills and striking grey basalt formations serving as the perfect backdrop to show off the release.
