In the conversation of outerwear greats, Ten c‘s name should be at the very top.
Fusing Japanese fabrics with Italian production is no easy task, but it’s a task the brand has quietly perfected. Ten c don’t shout about their gear, instead they carefully whisper wisdom to those in the know. No logos, no hype drops, no daft gimmicks – just proper jackets made properly. If you’ve got a mate who’s big into Ten c, chances are they’re pretty sound, and very cool.
Founded by Paul Harvey (ex-Stone Island) and Alessandro Pungetti (ex-C.P. Company), Ten c is like the clothing equivalent of a greatest hits album – but one where every track is a slow burner that gets better the more you play it.
Ten c’s grand allure can be attributed to one key feature of their garments – Original Japanese Jersey. Sounds a bit fancy, and that’s because it is. OJJ isn’t just a normal fabric; it’s a technical knit that starts life as a bit of a stiff plank and ends up feeling like it’s part of your skeleton. Each piece gets cut and sewn in Italy, then garment dyed, giving it a lived-in look from day one – but crucially, none of that pre-tattered shite some brands pass off as “character.”
The beauty of Ten c is in its restraint. The shapes are military-inspired, the liners are modular, and the branding is practically nonexistent. It’s not screaming for attention, but when you spot it on someone, you instantly know it’s Ten c. There’s an integrity, a no-nonsense philosophy.
In a retail landscape full of disposable nonsense, Ten c is a reminder that good things take time, and last a long time. Ten c is for life, not just for Christmas.
By now, you’ve probably got the idea. We’re pretty big into Ten c. But in case you haven’t, here are six of our favourite bits available from EQVVS right now.

Ten c Shadow Dyed Short Jacket
This is Ten c at its very best. Stephen Hendry in the ’90s levels of good. This Shadow Dyed Short Jacket has passed through an exclusive spray dye treatment, making each one slightly different. What you’re buying here isn’t just a jacket, it’s a highly wearable science experiment.
Ten c Mineral Garment Dyed Polo Shirt
Ten c (rightfully) receive a great deal of praise for its outerwear, but we reckon the underwear is also really good. Not actual underwear, just the shirts and that. Anyway, this Polo Shirt is mega, big fan of the lengthy button placket. Is that even a placket? You know the bit we mean…

Ten c Shadow Dyed Short Jacket
Alright, you caught us. We’ve snuck the same jacket on this list twice, but are they really the same jacket? The difference in patinas says otherwise. If you are thinking of purchasing this magnificent piece of outerwear, we would caution wearing it anywhere near children, ketchup and rabid animals. Could quickly turn into an expensive tea towel
Ten c Airbrushed Garment Dyed Sweatshirt
If you thought airbrushing was only for automotive painting technicians and the Kardashians, you’d be wrong. Ten c has done it here, on this hoodie. Although they don’t call it a hoodie, they call it a Sweatshirt.
