Nepenthes & Needles must’ve been listening to Kid Cudi in reverse recently, as they’ve just announced the release of a capsule effortlessly straddling both sides of the clock, titled Night and Day.
The drop has everything you’d expect from the ongoing meeting of the two minds obsessed with craft, culture, and creating gear that forever sits at the front of your wardrobe.
Opening the capsule, the Day Pack comes complete with two brand-new styles: the HD Track Short and Track Shirt – both designed with warmer days in mind, think airy cuts, fluid shapes, and a clear eye on movement. It’s Needles doing what they do best: toying with proportions, elevating materials, and making clothing you live in once the sun comes out.
For the after-hours crowd, the Night Pack brings a fresh spin on Needles quintessentials – the classic Track Jacket, Track Pant, and HD Track Pant. This time, however, the silhouettes return in a limited-edition colourway cooked up alongside the Nepenthes crew. It goes without saying, really, but these Needles classics are just as suitable for street shuffling as they are sofa slumping.
Fronting the campaign is Lewis Bloyce – a man of many hats, and many Needles tracksuits. Consultant, fashion fanatic, and proper endurance athlete. Whether he’s hammering it round the big smoke on his fixie or chewing up marathon miles, Lewis knows a thing or two about flow and function. Fitting, really, for a collection that’s all about movement.
