We recently had the pleasure of road testing some Acid Running gear. Actually there weren’t many roads, more fields and rocks and that. While in the Peak District, we got some nice shots of Acid Running’s newly released collaboration with Percival.
The concept reinforces Acid’s commitment to the Pursuit of Suffering and Percival’s tradition of Subverting the Classics. It’s basically a clash of both brands and their inherent DNA, as any good collab should be.
The latin motto is reminiscent of private club sportswear, translated as “Wisdom through Suffering”, adds that typical Acid starkness, via a bit of an Ivy League vibe.
This isn’t the super technical gear the serious runners crave, but it has just as important a role to play as that stuff, whether pre or post run, or even with no running involved at all, it’s just nice, functional product that’ll enhance your life.
