CWT revisit their roots with Corah Collection

The older we get, the more we find ourselves reaching for the unbranded garments in our wardrobes. Maybe we’re getting more mature, or maybe just more boring, but a finely constructed t-shirt can be just as exciting as a down jacket to us these days.

And in the conversation of well-made, unbranded garments, CWT is a name that should be on the tip of your tongue. Ever since the Leicester-based brand was founded, they’ve made it their mission to bring back what they consider to be real manufacturing, making things of the highest quality with a highly skilled, happy workforce.

Textile manufacturing is in CWT’s blood. Literally. The whole thing started because the founder’s grandad bought a house and found a sewing machine in the coal shed.

It’s a brand that couldn’t be more authentic if it tried, and the 60+ years of textile production shine through in every single garment. We’re big into everything CWT does, especially the garment that started it all, the Corah Hoodie…

The brand describes Corah as their flag in the ground, and they’ve recently decided to extend the collection far beyond just a pullover, with the addition of t-shirts, sweatshirts, zips and a remodelled hoodie. It’s the perfect example of a brand going back to its roots and reimagining them in a contemporary way.
