Db shuffle into the city with new Entour range

We’ve noticed shifting perceptions around luggage recently. Traditionally, you’d associate hauling your belongings with last-minute packing, broken zips, and generally high cortisol levels. Most people (including us) packed a bag the night before, prayed to the heavens they hadn’t forgotten anything, prayed even harder it didn’t get lost at the airport, and then abandoned it in the corner of their hotel room until it was time to fly back.

But nowadays, things are beginning to change. A handful of brands are setting out on a mission to make luggage sexy, and the Megan Fox of them is Db.

Db’s range of bags and travel accessories genuinely make us excited about packing. Comparing your dad’s battered suitcase from a 1989 trip to Barcelona with one of Db_’s cases is like comparing a 1989 Volkswagen Polo with no power steering to a Ferrari. Both will get you there – but only one will leave you tearing your hair out, and it’s not the Ferrari.

Db have become renowned for producing bags that can take you far out into the wildest corners of the globe, but their new Entour range sees them step back onto the asphalt – designed entirely with city pursuits in mind.

Instead of focusing on snow-covered peaks and remote landscapes, Entour is built for modern city life. It’s a collection made for moving between trains, airports, coffee shops, offices, bars, and whatever else your day throws at you without feeling like you’re lugging expedition equipment around.

The range itself covers pretty much every type of carry scenario imaginable. There’s the Backpack 26L and Daypack 18L for everyday use, a Weekender 40L for quick escapes, smaller Sacoches and Sling bags for essentials, plus a Helmet Bag and Tote, purpose-built for commuting.

The standout feature across the collection is something called the TransitHatch™ system – sounds complicated at first, but it’s essentially an external organisation setup that gives you quick access to things like your passport, phone, or charger without needing to unzip your entire life every five minutes.

For years, luggage was just one of those things you’d only ever think about the night before a flight. Packing meant panic-throwing clothes into a duct-taped suitcase, spilling half your belongings across the floor of London Euston while looking for your ticket, and somehow forgetting your wallet at the same time.

But brands like Db are changing that. They’re making luggage feel exciting – for the first time ever. The new Entour range feels built for the way people actually want to travel – organised, functional, and good-looking enough that you genuinely want to carry it around with you.
