For AW19 Albam have just dropped this port/zephyr pink striped t-shirt that resembles the type of get up top Paul Weller would wear to a Sunday night soiree at Pikes in Ibiza. Speaking of Ibiza did you know that the island got it’s name from ‘Bes’ the Roman god of fun and parties? I shit you not. Though it’s made in Portugal there’s something seriously Balearic about this yarn-dyed, horizontal striped, cotton jersey stunner. In fact each tee should come with a beach towel and a VIP pass to Privilege as standard. That said, I’m going to buy one and I haven’t been to Ibiza since the 90s although the atmosphere in my local beer garden does get pretty ‘Cafe Del Mar’ whenever Talk Talk comes on the jukebox.
