ARKK Copenhagen: The Chrontech

Look, some more trainers your old man will hate and never understand, but trainers that encapsulate everything that’s mega about the “sneaker” industry nowadays. A trainer design that pushed boundaries in its creation, experimented with new materials, techniques and technology, a trainer that’s at the forefront.

The newest addition to ARKK’S AW18 line-up of bold, mad trainers your dad will definitely hate, the Chrontech is designed to handle all-weather, thanks to a patented, breathable and highly durable Hyrdix Shield membrane – very lairy. There’s a old-school phrase in Scandinavia that translates to, “there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad preparation,” and it’s that ARKK had in mind during the design stages.

The all-weather high-top gets fitted with ARKK’s custom-designed WAVE13 sole unit – inspired by Denmark’s The Blue Planet Aquarium – providing voluminous surface area for whatever elements winter throws in your path. Premium technical details include ARKK branded heel tab, fuss-free, hiking-inspired laces, and subtle neon accents which highlight this ultra-clean, street-inspired sneaker-boot-thing.

The Chrontech is available now from the likes of Matches, Tessuti, Size? and Flannels, but also online at www.arkkcopenhagen.com. Feed your feet some futuristic comfort.

Absolutely well into house plants.
