Armor Lux at Peggs & Son

I really like French stuff. I like it to the point that I often find myself listening to Carla Bruni’s Quelqu’un m’a dit, in some weird last ditch attempt to learn how to speak the language regardless of whether I know what I’m saying. There’s something fascinating about France, the French, the place and the people – and Armor Lux manages to encapsulate it all.

Born out of Quimper, Brittany, Armor Lux designs and makes excellent and extremely French clothing that allows even the likes of us to experience a little of what being French is all about. Their latest collection is based on the colours of the sea and in the values of it’s home: Brittany. It’s the epitome of eminent clothing made to suit the period of colder days among us.

Our mates over at Peggs & Son have some of it in their store now and you should probably take a closer look. Head over to the Armor Lux website for the full collection. It’s absolutely massive. Here’s some of our favourite stuff, though…

ADK Heritage Breton Shirt – Aquilla/Milk

Heritage Smock – Deep Marine

Heritage Smock – Orange

Polo ML – Polo/Orange Henne*

USN Heritage Breton Shirt -Polo/Orange Henne

*FYI, if rugby shirts are your thing, you should probably check out some of the ones we made here. They’re really nice, even if we do say so ourselves.

Absolutely well into house plants.
