Much as I love seeing Battenwear being worn in it’s natural habitat (NYC) there’s also something rather wonderful about seeing it out and about in the rain/wind swept environs of the Lake District. The Working Class Heroes squad took some of the Big apple based gear up local landmark ‘Gummer’s How’ to see how it got on in a typical British day out in the countryside. Turns out their smocks, sweats, down parkas and hats not only look amazing but also do a decent job of keeping you warm and dry too. Not to mention stopping you from being blown down a massive hill as well, though we might have to give that one to the tree to be fair though though.
