Diadora is a bit slept on, really. This genuine Italian heritage brand that – for my generation, at least – often conjures up memories of spare P.E. kits and flopped sportsdays. It’s such a shame. But in a way, it adds to Diadora’s allure. They’ve got nothing to prove to you. They stay humble, releasing sport-infused trainers and sponsoring small, Norwegian Eliteserien football clubs like it’s no one’s business. Quietly confident and very low-key.
