Having started life supplying footwear to a variety of workforces during the 1960s Dr Martens are now part of British folklore having made the transition from factory floor to the catwalk via the dance-floor. This winter they’ve partnered up with Japanese geniuses Nanamica to release their second limited edition collection. As with last time all the shoes are made at Dr. Martens Cobbs lane factory in Wollaston and feature the durable air cushioned sole and Goodyear welt construction and have been created to go with the 8 set-up styles of Nanamica’s 2018 fall-winter collection. Available in three basic but beautiful colours of black, navy and brown the collection also seeks express the Nanamica concept of “merging sports and fashion” together.
