OK I know it’s not til next summer but you might want to stand out from the ground and kit yourself out in something else that was pretty big back in the eighties and nineties. Somewhat fittingly Fila’s (& Fila Black Label) is back with a bang for next season and is on a strong sporty, sailing, POLO/Hilfiger kind of tip sharing the same points of reference we had when the first Roses album came out and changed our lives forever. Though if you are old enough to have been at Spike Island I suggest you stick to just one of these zesty FILA pieces rather than going for the total look or you could end up looking a bit Old Fool rather than Fool’s Gold.
