Those nice Norwegians at Helly Hansen have treated us to a sneak peek of their archival inspired yet incredibly futuristic AW21 collection, paying homage to their 140 years plus of expertise in technical sailing apparel. Named ‘Capsule 212’ the collection pays particular homage to the “ÆGIR” Offshore Collection that was created to outfit sailors competing in the legendary around the world Ocean Race.
Incorporating modular products that are integrated and designed to be worn together, with a modern visual aesthetic and colour palette, key styles include the modular HH 5-1 Storm Coat and the temperature regulating HH Flow Parka. Ideal for cold water exploration as well as urban adventures this gear also looks like it’s been snatched from the wardrobe department of the Mandalorian series three. HH is the way.
