I DEMAND TO KNOW WHEN I CAN GET MY HANDS ON ONE OF YOUR LAVENDER HENRI LLOYD CONSORT JACKET! This is absolutely ridiculous behaviour and I’m in half a mind to write to my local MP about this flagrant abuse of my human jacket buying rights.
