One of the very first OG outdoor companies, Woolrich have been making exceptional clothing that’s inspired by its natural surroundings for nearly 200 years and are now about to spend the next 200 years looking after our most cherished environments.
Launched this week Woolrich have marked their next chapter in an ongoing commitment to looking after the planet with the arrival of the ‘Woolrich Outdoor Foundation’. Always one of our favourite brands their kudos has elevated even higher than we though possible after reading the foundation’s mission statement: ‘to protect and preserve the outdoors for communities globally, giving back to the people and Planet that have inspired and helped build our brand.’
Working in partnership with the equally awesome 1% for the Planet, Woolrich will now donate one percent of all direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, and full-price sales to impactful environmental projects across the foundation’s three core pillars: urban space renewal, protecting forests, and coastal maintenance.
