A Lacoste long-sleeved blue/white stripey tee is more than just a ‘wardrobe staple’ or an ‘iconic piece’ it’s also a fast track ticket to looking as cool as our European cousins without having had to spend your formative years in Nice. That said I still kind of wish I’d grown up in the South of France , though maybe if I had I’d now be sat in an office on the Cote D’Azur writing about how I wish I was from some gritty English town where everyone wear dead nice coats. I guess we’ll never know. Either way I reckon I’d still love a bit of long sleeved, looped Lacoste tee action whether in Port Grimaud or grim old Stockport.
