For their latest collection Levi’s skateboarding gives a nod to the blue collar workers of the San Francisco Barbary coastline during the mid-1800s. Which might not seem an obvious connection but when you think about the kind of wear and tear that clothing worn by both boarders and dockworkers needs to be able to endure then it all makes perfect sense. Alongside durable jeans, work shorts, jackets and football shirts there’s also some cargo pants that come in standard black as well as a rather amazing ‘cheetah’ camo.
