Oi Polloi’s range of Universal Works grows again.
Universal Works’ latest SS22 collection, inspired by the photography of Todd Webb, is a spring and summer masterclass in muted and geometric elegance – and can now be found at Oi Polloi.
The laid back collection conjures a bygone era, with crisp cotton shirts, baggy suit-esque trousers, and overshirts that are quietly assertive, like the outfits of the Sri-Lankan army – a direct reference given by Universal Works’ founder, David Keyte, as inspiration for the range.
Or, in Oi Polloi’s words, Universal Works make “the sort of garb a man named Pierre would wear while chain-smoking in a sunny French vineyard.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
