Napapijri “There is Always a Journey”

As well as making incredible outerwear and brilliant bags Napapijri are also really, really good at translating their brand DNA into other mediums. A perfect example of which is the multi-sensory experience that they put on last night at London’s Village Underground to launch their AW16 collection in sensational style.  In a space designed by VJ artist Heleen Blanken four international concert pianists played Simeon ten Holt’s Canto Ostinato on four raised grand pianos as Heleen’s video artwork taking the audience on a spellbinding journey through themes of forest, starry skies, mountains and shelter. AUdeience members were invited to lie down in the comfort of the full Napapijri experience as the music and visuals transported them into four simultaneous and harmonious worlds. Sounds absolutely incredible doesn’t it? I really need to go on one of Napapijri’s supersonic-ambient-jacket-video-intsallation journeys.

Transport yourself over to their AW16 collection here.
