The North Face Black Label: 1990 Mountain Jacket

Do you remember those non-PC yet still pretty funny adverts Carling Black Label did back in the late 80s/early 90s? I reckon North Face should take a similar approach to advertising their amazing black label range, though having seen how smashing it is in the flesh it probably doesn’t need to rely on xenophobic bantz to sell out everywhere. In fact it seems like they’re doing the opposite and letting it sell by reputation, which is why these immense 1990 Mountain jackets at Working Class Heroes are likely to fly out of the door as quick as a bouncing bomb from a Lancaster Bomber. Oh abd here’s the technical info for those of you who like all that internal pockets, taped seams stuff..

  • Fully seam sealed jacket
  • Two alpine zippered hand pockets
  • Two-hand regulation hood
  • Zippered internal chest pocket
  • Shockcord hem regulation
  • Ribbed cuffs for warmth
  • TNF logo to the back
  • TNF Black Label to sleeve
  • 1990 Iconic design
