One of our favourite new brands on the block Parlez have just released their Mid-Summer collection and it’s a wonderful collection of staple jersey tees, lightweight french terry crews, versatile quarter zip sweats and accessories. Featuring heavy embroidery and a colour palette inspired by19 70s beach & surf culture, it also puts me in mind of a late 80s/early 90s Manchester when everyone looked like they’d just TWOC’d a yacht. I’ve said that about Parlez before haven’t I? I don’t care, it’s captured the vibe of that scene perfectly for me whether they intended to or not. A time I might add that saw a lot of very ‘high summers’ you get me?
