Patagonia Isthmus Utility Jacket Cleans Up The Oceans

Patagonia is renowned the world over for its excellent eco contributions to the world of fleeces and coats.

We all know that Patagonia cares about the planet, and we’ve all heard their declarations not to buy their stuff, but how can you resist when they make jackets like this?

The Isthmus Utility Jacket is made from recycled nylon that’s been gathered from reclaimed fishing paraphernalia and treated with a non-toxic water repellent. In other words, the NetPlus® 100% post consumer recycled nylon is doing its best to use the ocean’s pollution as a resource, and the PFC-free DWR finish will keep you dry.

In the fleece section, the Retro Pile is a stripped-back version of the rather weighty and bulky Retro X fleece, which makes it the perfect layer for piling under bigger jackets. Running analogously, the Micro D Snap-T pullover is a summer version of the infamous Synchilla.

Oi Polloi has loaded up its stockroom with all of the best Patagonia releases, which you can check out here.
