Paul & Shark Second Life ‘No Garment Should Be Wasted’

As part of Paul & Shark’s admiral waste reduction strategy the Italian sailing brand have just launched their ‘Second Life’ project. With around 3% of their garments previously rejected and destroyed due to not meeting their quality inspection process they have now committed to repairing these less than perfect pieces by hand, thus creating unique one off pieces and avoiding waste. Born from a desire to support the circular fashion movement this global initiative sets out to prevent unwanted clothes and textiles from going to landfill. And by matching the longevity of the designs with the quality of the manufacture, Paul&Shark timeless and iconic garments will become treasured for a lifetime as well as worn by future generations of fans.
