Pop Trading Company and Miffy go Dutch

I’m a big fan of small countries that punch above their weight. Take Holland, or The Netherlands as they sometimes call it. When they’re not producing technically gifted footballers and being dead relaxed towards vice, they make nice things. They’re pretty creative lads, the Dutch. And I’ve not even thrown in a joke about inflatable shoes with a punchline ‘popped his clogs’.

It comes as no surprise then that Pop Trading Company have just announced their partnership with fellow Dutch book character nijntje, internationally known as Miffy.

The collection brings both Dutch brands together with a capsule including corduroy trousers featuring an embroidered Miffy pattern, striped crewneck long-sleeve tees, a hooded sweat with Miffy chenille applique as well as a cap and socks featuring the iconic character.

The collection drops on May 4th and will be available in the Pop Amsterdam Store, at poptradingcompany.com and at select retailers such as Goodhood, Streetmachine Copenhagen, Opening Ceremony, Beauty&Youth H and END Clothing. Pieces will retail from £40 – £160.
