Snow Peak SS21

Entitled ‘A Connection with Nature in Difficult Times” Snow Peak‘s Spring/Summer collection is all about enjoying the serenity of nature wherever possible. For their latest lookbook they focussed on Mr Kimishima and his family who live out in the Japanese countryside in a sustainable model that considers the global environment 100 years from now.

Stand out pieces from the collection include the Bafu Cloth Parka (constructed using a material originally used to keep horse saddles in place) and the indigo dyed, densely woven OG Canvas Noragi jacket that’s based on a traditional piece of Japanese workwear. If only all of our working from home scenarios looked as brilliantly bucolic as theirs does, oh well at least we can copy their clothes if not their lifestyle.
