Right, so this is the bit where I talk about the 90s and how everything was better, and how I wore Umbro to football training, not to mention (sometimes) for school. It’s the bit where I talk about the best football kits, Italia ’90 and USA ’94.
Too predictable that though isn’t it? Plus I’m writing something of a similar nature for the next issue of the Rig Out, so, you know.
Instead, I’m just going to imagine all that money FIFA hid from everyone went towards creating the first fully functioning time machine, but in typical FIFA fashion, it didn’t quite work properly. The result was a load of futuristic England fans parachuted into 2015 Los Angeles ready for the start of USA ’94. Or something.
