There’s never a dull moment behind the scenes at Working Class Heroes, as the Ulverston outfitters are always up to some kind of high jinks whenever I pop round. Today we caught them doing some warm-up exercises in preparation for the forthcoming Christmas build up to ensure no-body misses out on getting their top notch swag sent out due to cramp or a pulled ham-string. At least tht’s what they told me, though to be honest there was a distinct smell of advocaat in the air and they did have Wham!’s greatest hits blasting out of the stereo. Well whatever they were up to their feet were impeccably clad in their latest arrival from Saucony the ‘dirty snow’ pack 2. Comprising of the Grid 8000 and Shadow 600 shoes after a snow-storm inspired overhaul which has made each of these silhouettes into mountain gods thanks to their hikerdelic rope laces, translucent soles and an effective ‘blizzardy’ style colour palette. Right I’m heading back to the shop and getting myself a pair to do some warming up myself, on my own though, if you get my drift?
