Our favourite sophisticated smell-smiths Acqua Di Parma have teamed up with artist Clym Evernden to give a unique and creative interpretation of their legendary Colonia fragrance. A multi-award winning contemporary artist Clym is known for his signature fluid and inky black lines as well as his bold use of colour throughout his illustration, set design, video production or installation work.Inspired by the world of Colonia Clym created a visual story that covers the entire Art Deco bottle of the Colonia Artist Edition line, a unique design born from the artist’s personal recollections. Calling to mind the warming memories of sun kissed Italian palazzos, half-closed shutters, curtains lifted by the breeze and the gentle twittering of birds. The chief protagonist of the Colonia Artist design being a little bird, a creature Clym has been fascinated by since being a kid. So the bird appears throughout these artistic editions of Colonia who we see doing a bit of shopping, peering out of windows, sitting on top of a cloud and even doing a bit of skiing.

di Parma range for Christmas, for which the artist has designed a new and original decoration in festive silver tones.
