It’s been a very strong couple of weeks for trainers hasn’t it? Spring has definitely sprung in footwear land with these adidas Liga being another welcome arrival. A faithful reissue of the Handball Top Mesh from 1987 they’re everything you want from a vintage shoe but with all the added value of knowing nobody has sweated all over them whilst playing some teutonic sport you don’t understand how to play. Though they may have a different name than they did back in the day please don’t confuse these Ligas with the mythical creature of a similar sounding name as featured in possibly the greatest film ever made.
