Despite having a dial based on the cockpit of a legendary WW2 aeroplane there’s definitely something very ‘early 80s Milan’ about AVI-8s latest wartime watch. I can just see one of these on this on the wrist of a paninaro poking out from the sleeve of their Best Company jumper as they rev up their scooter outside a Burghy. Maybe it’s just me though? Either way it’s a beauty of a watch that will stop you being late and make you look dead sophisticated whether you’re into Italian subcultures or not. Priced between £150 -£165 they don’t cost a bomb either, geddit, bomb? Oh please yourselves.
