When it comes to collaborations Barbour appear to have raised the bar and set the standards in recent years having worked together with some of the best brands on the planet to make some incredible products and reaffirm our love for this legendary British brand. Having already worked with the likes of Engineered Garments, Hikerdelic, and wander and Norse Projects this time they have teamed up with NYC’s Noah. Inspired by co-founder Brendon’s lifelong love of Barbour the collab is a fairly subtle and nuanced affair albeit with some interesting twist, lovely big Noah logos and t-shirts that feature some beautiful imagery from the Barbour catalogues from the 1980s and 90s.
The outerwear pieces in the collection have gone straight to the classics with a patchwork Beaufort and a mellow yellow Bedale whilst accessories include sweats, the aforementioned graphic tees, a sports cap, bucket hat and a handy holdall to put it all into. Dropping tomorrow (24.09.20) it’s safe to say this is one of our favourite collabs of the year, striking as it does a perfect balance between classic and contemporary.
