Following on from the release of those full length hooded cloaks and in celebration of their current Humanz world Tour Gorillaz clothing line G Foot have teamed up with C.P. Company to create some very special, limited-edition tour merchandise. Designed in partnership with Paul Harvey and Alessandro Pungetti from C.P. and Damon Albarn, Jame Hewlett and Remi Kabak from Gorillaz the aim of the merch is to provide a survival kit that adds ‘extra emotional armour’ in which to confront our personal demons in. The Tour Jacket is piece dyed and made from exclusive C.P. Company developed Nycra fabric with a characteristic Gorillaz ‘Z’ within a red seven-pointed star as an embroidered breast patch and large print across the back. Whilst the lining features a Jamie Hewlett illustration of Gorillaz band member, Noodle. The dyed flight hat also features an embroidered ‘Z’ heptagram with those iconic CP googles and is inspired by the archive military style hat that Noodle is often seen wearing. The C.P. Company x G Foot items will be available to buy from 28 th November from the G Foot and C.P. Company ecommerce stores as well as international C.P. Company flagship stores including London Marshall Street.
