Our top comrade Ildar Iksanov has just put us onto this new Russian brand Submariner whose look-book he’s just finished shooting in his native Moscow that uses a winning combination of 80s soviet modernist buildings and 21st century sky-scrapers as a backdrop. The city-centric brand started up last year in Moscow and describe the philosophy behind their clothing as “New Wave Garment” and explain that they like to ‘dive’ into urban spaces just like a submarine, for their inspiration.
