I know that ventile material is so highly regarded because of it’s insane levels of durability and amazing waterproof properties but let’s be honest about it, we all love ventile because of that subtle textured ‘graph-paper’ vibe that it adds to our outerwear don’t we? Plus it was a fabric developed in the North of England for use during WW2 just to give it some additional action man/#coats points, not that it needs them. And whilst we may be used to wearing it in coat form (yes I’m talking about you 6876 Brecon) J. Panther have used this hardy woven cotton fabric to create a newly developed ripstop ventile version of their versatile RucTote bag, making them the first people in the world to EVER do so. Aside from this all the brilliant RucTotes usual details and finishes including their multi-functional strap system remain the same though they’ve added some handy storm flaps to the front two pockets to keep your essentials dry as well as easy to grab. I’m not sure I can live without owning one of these can you?
