The top Levi’s threads and four-wheeled frolics on display are in some way an homage to levi’s home town of San Francisco and its notorious prison.  Seven miles into the San Francisco Bay, the famed landmark of Alcatraz is where skateboarding photographer, Bryce Kanights, and legendary skateboarder Mark Gonzales snapped one of the most iconic skateboarding images of all time.  Your man Gonz slashing atop a vert wall in the prison’s courtyard dressed in convict stripes which you can see here if you’re not down with the skate set. Regardless of your board skills it’s hard not to be impressed by the skills and dope/durable gear seen in this thoroughly Cali-ed up collection.
