For their latest collaborative project with New Balance, size? have pulled the 801 from out of the mighty NB archive, a late 90s trail shoe that they’ve given a modern remix by the addition of a modern Vazee sole unit and producing it in three exclusive colours. Featuring a hardwearing perforated upper and embossed nubuck detailing on the sole the standout feature is the 801’s unique wraparound tongue designed to support the ankle whilst running/raving with a lightweight REVlite midsole for added performance appeal.. The inspiration for the premium materials and clean colours used comes from Japanese street culture, which makes total sense doesn’t it? ‘Shibuya Samurai City Slicker’ vibes in the area.
