Remembering all the different NB silhouettes can be a tad overwhelming for me at times, though I can rely on the fact that if it’s an NB 991 (or a 999) then I will automatically want a pair. They’re a solid shoe that cover a lot of cool and comfortable bases, combining premium materials and timeless good looks with an Encap midsole and some serious shock absorption technology going on. So if you’re ever in doubt about which New Balance shoe is the one, it’s the 991.
