These two superb New Balance models are part of the NB ‘Re-engineered’ range which essentially means that they have all the features of a standard 1600 trainer but have been slimmed down via the use of heat-sealed panels resulting in a lighter shoe. These svelte shoes also come with rope laces too (as well as standard ones) for those of you who don’t know your own strength when tying your shoes.
