As part of their ten year celebrations Garbstore have asked 8 of their closets collaborators (including TSPTR, nanamica & Engineered Garments) to customise a 3D vintage glove mould to be displayed at an exclusive exhibition at their Garbstore.ten premises. Taking inspiration from childhood heroes, brand archives and a whole lotta love, each hand is distinct and represents a key part of the brand’s unique DNA. Titled ‘Our Hands’ all the items on show are also available to buy via bidding on a silent auction with all profits to be donated to Safe Passage UK. A brilliant charity dedicated to providing child refugees with the legal right to travel to places of safety and security where they can begin to build a new life. A fantastic set up who’ve been recognised by several awards last year including the Liberty Human Rights Award and the European Parliament’s Citizen Award.
