Before we start talking about this ace collaboration I’d like to use this opportunity as an excuse to mention two of my favourite things on the internet that relate to Popeye. First off there’s this (about 35 seconds in) and then of course there’s this. both of which I’m sure you’ll agree are comedy gold.
OK now that’s off my chest let’s talk about quality collaborative threads from our Dutch mates at Pop Trading Company. They’ve paired up with Popeye for a capsule collection that sees our favourite cartoon Sailor ‘popping up’ on a striped long-sleeve tee, a hoodie, sweatshirt, 6-panel hat and a cotton cashmere knitted sweater.
Dropping this Saturday (28.09.19) the collection will be available at the Pop Amsterdam store as well as online at poptradingcompany.com and at select retailers such as END, Mini Shop Madrid, Garbstore, 1290sqm
